due to overwhelming response after IZ Spree is showcased on TV, we are trying our very best to read all your emails and take in your orders as soon as we can.
We greatly appreciate if you girls can help us by sending us emails or orders ONCE only.
The comments are screened hence you mean not be able to see your comment after post.
Not to worry, Iz Spree will unscreen the comment once we take in your order. Hence please DO NOT send us the same order again as it will confuse us eventually.
1. Once order is posted in Live Journal, you DO NOT have to send us another email informing us that you have just posted your order.
ORDERS WILL NOT BE TAKEN IN IF THE PERSON SENDS IN THE SAME ORDER LIST MORE THAN ONCE!
2. Please do not worry, once you post anything in the Live Journal, we will be able to read it no matter what.
Also, please go ahead to make payment after order is posted. You do not have to come asking us if you can proceed to make payment. Ans is "YES! JUST GO AHEAD DEAR."
We will let you know once we reach your order and payment.
Please kindly bear with us for the late reply. Iz Spree sincerely apologise for that.
3. Should you have any enquiry, please send us an email at iz.spree@gmail.com or post a comment under Enquiries.
Please do not go around posting unnecessary comments in the spree page. Spree page is only meant for posting of COMMENTS ONLY.
4. Only orders that are posted in Live Journal will be taken in. Orders sent via email shall not be taken in. Note that you do not need any live journal account to post a comment.
